Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use our Site. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific sections of the Site. These will be drawn to your attention where applicable.

Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with insider football information about football games in England, Scotland and Europe and football related products or services which we may offer.

Username and password
If you wish to access certain areas of the Site, you will be required to register. You will need to provide a username and we will email or advise you of your password when doing so. You must ensure that you keep your username and password secret and that you do not disclose them to anyone as you will be responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your username or password or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it. You may notify us by e-mail to info@footyinsider.co.uk. or telephone us on 01254 676547. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In all correspondence please ensure you provide your username.

Subscriptions
Subscription rates to Members only areas of the site will be clearly stated on the site including method of payment, currency and amount. We require cancellation e-mails to be sent 7 days prior to your renewal date. To cancel your subscription you should log into your account on the website and follow the link. Should you be unsatisfied in your first month please notify us by email to info@footyinsider.co.uk and we will refund you the difference between the winnings on the members bets in the month up to the mothly subscription paid or equivalent (1 point = £10) for that month. Renewal subscriptions are paid in advance from date of joining and thereafter on that date each period. A period is either one month, three months, six months or a year.

Promotions on the Site
Refer a friend payment of £20 becomes payable when the new member re-joins for the second month.

Availability of the Site
We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times.

Information on the Site
The information on the Site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness save where the information provided forms the basis of a specific contract with you.

Ownership of Materials on the Site
Footyinsider, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the Site and its contents.
