D-DAY FOR GUNNERS Arsenal meet Chelsea as part of a derby double knowing a loss would end their title hopes while Birmingham host Wolves. The Gunners were exposed by a rampant Manchester United last week which has left them six points adrift of Carlo Ancelotti's side. Whilst a win would but the Gunners back into the title hunt a loss would surely end their challenge which poses an interesting dilemma for manager Arsene Wenger. Chelsea have been inconsistent by their standards and the midweek draw at Hull was far from impressive. The John Terry saga continues although it remains to be seen as to whether it will have any bearing on the team. Terry will captain Chelsea whilst Ashley Cole has fully recovered from an ankle problem and is poised to start against his former club, while John Mikel Obi is also available. Arsenal forward Eduardo has failed to recover from the hamstring strain he sustained at Aston Villa last week. Midfielder Abou Diaby could return from the calf injury he suffered a fortnight ago. With a loss effectively ending any Arsenal title hopes and with Chelsea out of sorts, expect a cagey affair and at 13/5 (Bet365) a draw could represent good value. Surprise package Birmingham face bitter rivals Wolves looking to extend their good form. The Blues have lost just one of their last 14 league games - and that was to leaders Chelsea. Alex McLeish likely to field an unchanged starting XI for the 12th consecutive Premier League game. Striker Kevin Phillips, who has missed two games with a groin injury, could be on the bench. Wolves are in a relegation battle and the points will be no doubt be more important to Mick McCarthy than local pride. Backing the away side at 4's (Generally) is risky but could prove good value.
