Manchester City face Spurs in a crunch game - City are 10 points behind leaders Chelsea and Spurs only seven. Pep Guradiola has already conceded the title - and his cause hasn't been helped by ill discipline.

Sergio Aguero has missed seven games and key man Fernandinho remains suspended.

Forward Gabriel Jesus has been cleared to start after his £27m move from Palmeiras was formally completed on Thursday and Fernando could return after injury.

Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen is set to miss the City clash with an ankle injury that is expected to rule him out for six weeks.

Midfielder Erik Lamela remains sidelined with a hip problem.

For punters the prospect of City starting 23/20 for a home game is almost unheard of and the temptation is to take that price in expectation that they can't play worse than they did at Everton last week.

We expect a positive reaction - but Spurs are a juggernaught at the moment and will take some stopping. Harry Kane and Dele Alli are on fire and there will be plenty of backers at 5/2.

As bad as City have been they still don't lose many at home and our inclination is to go for the draw.

Elsewhere on Saturday West Ham can continue a mini revival at Boro at 23/20 and Bournemouth at 5/6 are worth punting for a home win against Watford who have lost seven in the last nine.
