Stoke are Jose Mourhino's bogey club - surprisingly he has yet to beat them, as a manager at either Chelsea or Man United.

He won't get a better chance, with Stoke managerless - new boss Paul Lambert will be in the stands at Old Trafford but not in charge.

United can close the gap on rivals Manchester City - who lost their unbroken run without defeat at Liverpool on Sunday in a seven goal thriller.

United will only be 12 points - only - behind City if they win but at 2/9 and 1/5 they are not any value.

Stoke players may improve now Mark Hughes has left - he had obviously lost the dressing room to some degree.

Stoke are 18th in the Premier League table, a point away from safety, and were knocked out of the FA Cup by League Two side Coventry City.

But as we have seen with the likes of West Ham, and Crystal palace a new manager can make a difference. In time Stoke have enough good players to climb the table.

Expect them to make it tough for United and +2 on the Asian is an option
